Beautiful hotel, great amenities, and excellent meeting rooms.

My only complaint is that my room was above the open bar area, which echoed really bad. I couldn't get to sleep because the bar was busy!

The overall atmosphere and environment when walking in through the main entrance is very impressive. Very grand and upscale! The staff was absolutely accomodating and always had smiles on their faces! We loved being able to overlook the main lobby from our room and felt the overall privacy of our room wasn't compromised in doing so. We will definitely be returning customers in the future!

The wireless and tv reception were spotty at times.

Immaculate room, exceptionally comfortable bed and we appreciated nice sized bathroom.

The location was ideal for us. The pool was very nice. The staff was incredibly responsive.

So many little dysfunctional things: light bulbs missing, thermostat didn't work, sleeper sofa very uncomfortable. Balconies are all fake. Hallways never completely cleaned. Always room-service trays, maid laundry bins, etc. Even at 2 pm and 2 am!

The staff were fantastic, everything ran smoothly . Keep an eye out for the breakfast options-they're definitely worth checking out.

The staff was perfectly friendly, we didn't need to ask for anything... because it was all covered as should be! The beds were very clean and comfortable. It was truly relaxing to come back there and relax after a long day competing in horse show at KHP! The price was perfect!

The only thing that I noticed was that some of the clientele was a bit shady looking here and there… but didn't have any issues with anyone… so I was pleased!

Beautiful room and clean pool. AC was a bit loud at night.

Food was cold at the buffet and over cooked. Room was way too expensive for one night. I thought I was getting a 2 bedroom suite and received a 2 room suite with one bedroom using Booked.net. Had to change rooms and they only had one room with with 2 queen beds. Bed was old and not comfortable, with terrible pillows.

The suite was spacious; bathroom was exceptional; keurig like machine simultaneously allowed me coffee and my husband hot chocolate - very unique in a hotel. Front desk staff was exceptional - sorry don't recall names. Welcome cookies were both delicious and a godsend when arriving at 8:30 p.m. without having had dinner. Lobby and indoor courtyard were lovely. Breakfast buffet was delicious and waitstaff was helpful and considerate.

Bar food only ok. Hotel located in back of a strip mall, while not inconvenient, was quite surprising and made it appear out of place.

Very clean, close to many shopping areas and short commute to UK. Bathtub was huge, loved having a ceiling fan.

It was a bit hard to get to...surrounded by businesses until it's hard to see.

The elegant atrium reminded me of a charming garden escape, and the layout was thoughtful for ease of movement. I particularly appreciated the warm ambiance, especially seniors like me.

More accessible bathrooms would enhance the experience.

The hotel was is a good section of town. We enjoyed the amenities of the room.

There were some noisy people in the room next door and in the hallway.
